Origi, Domínguez, Hudson-Odoi, Sangaré amoung 8 in on Deadline Day. Nottingham Forest had a busy summer, capped by a hectic Transfer Deadline Day which included two center midfielders, two center defenders, a goalkeeper and a handful of attacking options. Steve Cooper's squad is certainly strengthened, but which players are best able to aid your fantasy Premier League side?
That third piece of the Forrest frontline (MGW, Taiwo, ???) feels like it can reap fantasy rewards. It sounds like Danilo, Elanga, Origi are the contenders there.
Someone offered me Elanga for Garnacho and Danilo (due to the injury) is on free agency.
Is it worth doing the trade / adding Danilo? Or is this just a low ROI headache that crowds the bench?
I think that Danilo is a MID everywhere. I do like that the third option there but I'm not sold on any of those guys right now (and there may be significant rotation). I think that he is unfortunately back in the rotation pool for Cooper but I'm happy to have a player like that added and started as my MID4 in weeks when he is the third forward and not add him at all when he partners one of the new boys in the CM slot.
I do think that Elanga is in a tough spot where they may just see him as the 'off the bench' guy and that has zero FPL draft value; even if he gets 10 starts he's a streaming option for those 10 starts while not having enough value to warrant a roster spot in the off weeks.

Additional context: Danilo is a MID and Elanga is a FOR in our league (Garnacho a MID too).
My other MIDs: Szob, Martinelli, Andreas P, Eriksen, Tavernier
My forwards: Isak, Ollie, Nunez, Richarlison, Solomon
